Cleaning
Wash your patio furniture at the beginning of each season and as needed in the summer. It is very difficult to clean the garden furniture by force. Instead, wipe the furniture with a damp microfiber cloth. If it is particularly dirty to use detergent, it is safe to type the surface.
Wooden furniture needs to be washed with oil soap. The cleanser is gentle and will not damage the surface of the wooden furniture. Oil will help hydrate and protect to extend the life of your wooden patio furniture.
Metal furniture can be cleaned with cloth and multi-purpose cleaner. Watch out for rust spots. If there are spots, remove them with a mild abrasive cleaner or steel wool. After cleaning the surface, apply more paint.
Plastic furniture is the easiest to maintain. Use a multifunctional detergent without abrasive. A simple mixture of soap and water will do. Add a little coconut oil to a soft cloth and rub the plastic furniture to restore its shine.
Upholstered fabrics need to be checked for care instructions and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the best way to clean the fabric. Some seat covers have removable LIDS that can be washed in a washing machine. Others will be sewn in place and need to be washed with a cloth and some mild soap and water.

Keep easily ruined items inside
Store patio furniture cushions indoors and keep frames covered during the off-season. Just one rain storm can make outdoor cushions unusable. If they are caught in the rain, hang patio furniture cushions out in the sun to dry off. Outdoor wood furniture, with the exception of teak and cedar, should be stored indoors during the winter.

Care for the covers
​Try to store fabric furniture indoors during the winter. Umbrellas, especially, require maintenance after being in storage. Patio furniture covers need washing, and umbrella-frame joints need oiling. Wash covers using a soft-bristled brush, mild soap and cold water. Use a spray lubricant on the joints of a wire-frame umbrella. If you have a wooden-frame umbrella, use paste wax to restore its shine. Once the summer season is back, wash outdoor furniture covers and place them back on the frames. To avoid shrinkage, stretch covers over the frame before the fabric is completely dry.

​Extra Protection 
You may want to add extra protection from the elements by putting a slipcover over your patio furniture when not in use. There are sprays and oils that can be applied to patio furniture to help wick away moisture. 

1. Confirm your storage needs first
Assess your clothing storage needs and preferences before starting to design your dressing room. Make sure the partition of all storage spaces are practical to your future needs, including the clothes, shoe storage, handbags, swimwear and accessories, and don’t forget makeup storage and jewelry storage, too. If your house is not too large, you may want to position a dressing table in your dressing room so that it can be changed into a makeup room immediately.'

If sunlight cannot fall into your room, you need more light and clearance to expose all those gorgeous clothes you have.
